Thank you for your feedback and for the compliments about the new app design. Starting from zero leaves the user too much to do to just restore existing functionality. Please start with sensible defaults and allow customization. All I get is random irrelevant headlines at the top. I spent ages trying to tweak the preferences just to get major sports headlines and I’ve failed. As a sports nut who used to use the app regularly I’m now faced with a terrible job trying to list a billion preferences just to get the app back to what it was.
That said, the new preference system is completely unusable. This app was a bit tired looking and it was time for a reskin.
